For most people, relaxation and hypnosis audio is a safe, gentle, enjoyable experience. We do ask that you read our Listen Safely page first — especially the part about never listening while driving or doing anything that needs your attention, and the notes on who should take extra care. It isn't a replacement for medical or psychological care.

No. This is the most common worry, and the good news is it's a myth. You can't get stuck. Trance is a state you naturally drift in and out of every day. You can come back to full alertness any time you choose — just open your eyes or stop the audio.

No. You stay aware and in control the whole time. Hypnosis can't make you act against your values, morals, or genuine wishes — your mind quietly declines anything that doesn't sit right with you. You're always free to reject a suggestion or simply stop.

You don't need blind faith, but a little openness helps a lot. The more you relax and allow the experience to unfold — rather than analyzing every word — the more easily you'll drift. Curiosity is plenty to start with.

No. A rough theme, scenario, feeling, or list of ideas is enough to begin. Lore will help turn it into a clear outline before the project is quoted.

No. A request begins the review and quoting process. A production slot is booked only after the written quote is accepted and the 50% deposit is received.

After the request is accepted, a 50% deposit books the production slot and begins script development. You can review the script and request one consolidated revision. The remaining 50% is due after script approval and before audio production begins.

One consolidated script revision is included before audio production. After recording and editing, you’ll receive a watermarked preview and may request one minor technical correction. Creator-caused errors are always corrected. Major concept changes after approval may require a new quote.

Yes. Private personal-use delivery is the default. HypnoLore will not publish, adapt, quote, or use your commission as a testimonial without separate explicit permission.

Yes. Custom audios use the established AI-generated HypnoLore voice heard across the channel. Your file is not made by an automatic self-serve generator: Lore personally develops the concept, writes and directs the script, corrects the voice output, edits and mixes the audio, and completes the final quality check.

Not every concept will be a suitable fit. If a request falls outside HypnoLore’s boundaries, technical capabilities, or current capacity, Lore may decline it or suggest a safer, more workable version. No payment is taken before the scope is approved.

It depends on length, complexity, current workload, and how quickly the script is approved. A realistic production window is included in your written quote before you book.
